Today VersaCartSystems,^® Inc. introduced the EXpress3500 metal shopping cart for hardware and grocery stores. Following in the footsteps of the EXpress6000 shopping cart the EXpress3500 offers sleek retro styling with rounded tapered edges. Designed by Michel Walter, president and founder of VersaCartSystems,^® Inc., the EXpress3500 provides grocery stores and hardware stores with a stylish and functional shopping cart that accommodates both small to medium sized items plus oversized bulky items.

The EXpress3500 provides a flat open bottom which gives clearance and easy access for placement of large items such as cases, bags of dog food, bags of concrete, and other large items. The top basket section is designed to hold average sized items and has the same capacity as other small to medium sized shopping carts. Together the top and bottom sections of the cart are a perfect combination for both grocery store and hardware store customers.

With a nesting distance of only 6 inches the EXpress3500 requires 25% less storage space than the average shopping cart. More carts can be stored in smaller spaces leaving stores with more floor space for products. The compact size and short nesting also make the EXpress3500 a great cart for smaller retail operations such as local hardware stores and mom & pop grocery stores.

Currently the EXpress3500 is being manufactured in a selection of durable powder coated finishes: light grey, dark grey, black, and green. Custom colors are available upon request.
